The weekly rent figure per room is £105.81 per week, totaling £4550.00 for the 43 week tenancy with an additional £430.00 security deposit. Payment of a £250.00 reservation rent holds your room. This is a refundable payment should you not proceed with the contract up until the 24th of July 2017. Should you proceed with your contract then this payment counts towards your total rent payment for the year and then becomes a non-refundable cost after 24th of July 2017. Students with a UK based guarantor, rent payments of £430.00 will be due on or before the 1st of each month, excluding the first payment which is due on 24th July 2017 along with an additional security deposit of £430.00. For students without UK based guarantors a payment of 3 months' rent will be due on the 24th July 2017 and monthly payments taken thereafter ensuring you are always 2 months' rent in advance until the full rent payment for the tenancy has been collected. Utility bills are subsidised at £9.00 per tenant per week. For apartments that incur bills beyond this quota tenants are required to pay the balance on a joint and severally liable basis at the end of the tenancy. Wireless Internet and TV license are included in the rent.
